1. Our Platform generates images based on product photos you upload.
2. You are solely responsible for the content you upload and ensuring you have the rights to use it.
3. The AI-generated outputs are provided "as is", without guarantees of accuracy, suitability, or exclusivity.
4. We do not guarantee that AI outputs will not resemble other generated content.

1. You retain rights to your uploaded content.
2. Subject to payment, you own the rights to use the AI-generated outputs for personal or commercial purposes.
3. By using the Platform, you grant us a license to process and temporarily store your content for the purpose of generating outputs.
4. We may (with your consent) showcase AI-generated outputs for promotional purposes.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Generate illegal, harmful, defamatory, or misleading content.
• Upload copyrighted material without authorization.
• Attempt to reverse engineer or misuse the Platform.

• The Service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or error-free results.

• To the maximum extent permitted by law, BroadwayCrown.com is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
• Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid to us in the last 1 month.

• We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.
• You may stop using the Platform at any time.
• Inactive accounts may be deleted

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
